Updates are generally applied to the Amicus Server and require Amicus Administrator rights. Be sure to read the installation instructions prior to applying a update.

Updates

You must be running Amicus Attorney 2014 SP1 (Build 14.1.0.0) in order to apply updates.

If you do not have SP1, please contact Technical Support. To check your build number, log in to Amicus and go to Help > About Amicus.

Amicus Notifications Security Update
This Update relates to the Amicus Notification Service. You use this service if your firm is configured for the Amicus cloud-based email service for features such as appointment reminders/changes by email, the daily agenda, and admin alerts by email. The service uses a third-party system that has recently increased its security levels causing the feature to fail in Amicus unless you apply this Update.

If you are not sure whether your firm is configured for this service, open Firm Settings for Notifications in your Amicus Office module.
