Can interviews be filled out by non-HotDocs users?

After you’ve developed templates in HotDocs, who can use those templates to create customized documents on a regular basis? Are end-users required to have HotDocs licenses? Or can interviews be filled out by non-HotDocs users?

If you are working on thedesktopor on a privateserver, all those who are creating documents must have a license to eitherHotDocs DeveloperorHotDocs User. Those with Developer licenses can create and edit templates and use those templates to generate documents, whereas those with User licenses can only create documents from templates—they cannot develop or edit the templates themselves.



On the other hand, if you are working in thecloudwithHotDocs Document Services,you can email “client interview” links to people who do not own HotDocs software, and they can then easily fill out the interviews online using the web browser on any PC or Mac.
